Your efforts will ensure high standards of equipment reliability, safety, and compliance within our state-of-the-art live virus drug substance and drug product manufacturing facility.
As part of the contract strategy for the MetroLink scheme it is intended to award several advance contracts to precede the Main Infrastructure Contracts. The most significant of these advance packages will be the Utility Works contracts. The Utility Project Manager (M150 North) is a client designed contract and will involve the installation of extensive new water, drainage, gas, telecoms and electricity infrastructure in Dublin city centre and Fingal County, in a congested city centre/urban environment. The Utility (M150 North) Project Manager will be appointed under the NEC4 form of contract - Option C: Target Contract with Activity Schedule. The role holder supports the completion of the M100, M400 and M500 contracts. A key part of this role will be to build relationships both internally and externally, manage team performance and morale, work collaboratively on a best for project basis with the Enabling Contractors, the Advance Works Engineering Designer, Project Archaeologists and Project Conservation Architect to ensure the timely delivery of the works.
